Little League partnership

Train at the level
you want to play.

College-level pitching development, brought to your league's own field. Arm care, mechanics, and real competition for ages 9 to 12, run by a former Division I pitcher.

What happens on the field

Arm care, performance, purpose.

D1 arm care, every session

The warm-up college pitchers actually do, taught until the players can run it themselves. Arm care is the habit, not the afterthought.

Catch play like college players

Most young arms have never been taught that catch play is training. Intent, distance, and footwork, done properly.

Core mechanics drills

The movements that let an arm repeat a delivery, broken down and drilled at a pace nine to twelve year olds can hold.

1v1 and group competition

Repetition alone does not breed competitors. Every clinic puts players in situations where something is on the line.

Recovery and conditioning

Arm recovery and full-body conditioning, so the work adds up across a season instead of wearing them down.

The mental side

Routines, composure, and how to handle an inning that gets away. The part of pitching nobody schedules practice for.

How it runs

Two groups, one weekend morning.

Ages 9–10

9:30 – 11:30 AM

Reps + mechanics

Building the delivery and the arm-care habit while the movement patterns are still forming.

Ages 11–12

12:00 – 2:00 PM

Reps + competition

The same foundation, then put under pressure. Competitive reps that carry into All Stars and into middle school ball.

Saturday or Sunday, depending on your field availability. Bi-weekly or monthly, whatever fits your season. Minimum ten players, capped at thirty so everyone gets looked at.

What the league gets

This should fund your league, not compete with it.

First clinic

100%

Every dollar of registration from the first clinic is donated straight back to the league. Nathan takes nothing.

Every clinic after

20%

An ongoing share of proceeds back to the league, for as long as the clinics run.

Snack shack revenue

Thirty families on your field on a non-game weekend.

Stronger All Stars

The players who show up are the ones you are picking from in June.

Why I'm doing this

I am not here to take your players.

I'm relocating to the Bay Area, and I care deeply about community. Baseball is the best way I know to do that, which is the whole reason this program exists.

I have a full-time career. I have no interest in poaching players for private lessons or travel ball. This is dedicated solely to group Little League development.

What your players get is the training structure I had at the Division I level: how to warm an arm up, how to throw with intent, how to compete, and how to recover so they can do it again next week.
